About Us

LAUREN PEET

Lauren is a bubbly, energetic person who loves working with people and their families to achieve their goal of being pain free. She is an active, sporty individual and knows the frustration of injury and chronic pain first hand.

Lauren graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in Podiatry. During her studies she was involved in a research project with well known Paediatric Podiatrist Angela Evans testing the assesment criteria for hypermobility in children. Lauren is currently completing postgraduate papers at AUT focussing on the MindBody aspect of health and wellbeing. She is aware of the benefits of addressing health holistically and aims to treat all her patients in this way.

Lauren has a strong belief that treatment is centred around patient education, self-management and future prevention.  Lauren enjoys working with a team of health professionals to help an individual on their healing path. She has always worked in clinics alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists or doctors and is acutely aware of the importance of communication between all the services.

In her spare time Lauren enjoys swimming, surfing, yoga, running and is exploring meditation and its benefits.
